WHO WE ARE

Diana Days - Executive Director

Diana is a trans woman born February 26, 1965. She has lived in both the United States and Argentina. Throughout her life, she has owned a variety of businesses, including the manufacture and distribution of ambient scents and international representation of companies such as Associated Products and California Scents. She also owned the Café Buenos Aires restaurant in Berkeley, California, and subsequently opened a second location and commercial kitchen in 2022.

 

In mid-2022, she sold her restaurants and moved to Buenos Aires, where she works for Zupa Viajes, focusing on international tourism. Diana has been actively involved in the trans community in both countries, being a moderator of a trans group in Berkeley for five years and participating in various projects for transgender people in Buenos Aires.

She lives in the Colegiales area of Buenos Aires, has two daughters, Catalina and Micaela, and enjoys playing golf and going to karaoke.

Vanesa Perelló

Vanesa is a committed activist for human rights and gender equality, focusing on improving conditions for vulnerable individuals through access to education and employment. As a staunch advocate for equal opportunities, particularly for women, her current work centers on promoting inclusive policies for the transgender community. Her goal is to create a more just and equitable society for all, with a specific focus on the LGBTQ+ community

Daniel (dax) Coletti

Dax is a lifelong entrepreneur with a passion for technology and social impact. At 26, he founded XTech, an open-source company; he played a crucial role in developing the open-source community in Argentina and the surrounding region.

Driven by his desire to help people grow professionally, Dax believes technology is a powerful tool for change. Since 2018, he has focused on using it to transform the lives of transgender community members, by training and hiring trans individuals. His first business pilot, Trans-TI, has grown from zero to over 25 employees, all of whom were previously unemployed and untrained individuals from the trans community.

Through various business models, Dax continues to explore ways to create opportunities and foster growth for marginalized groups, demonstrating the positive impact of combining entrepreneurship with social responsibility.
